Our company has installed wastewater treatment technology next to the newly built manufacturing capacity of one of the market-leading players on an international level.
The main parts of the process are:
- - Removal of solid pollutants on a mechanical grid.
- - Separation of colloidal-dispersed state pollutants (such as paint pigments, etc.) through chemical dosing (coagulation-flocculation with trivalent metal salt solution and flocculation with polyelectrolyte solution).
- - Separation of sludge and water phases by sedimentation.
- - Sludge dewatering with a plastic chamber filter press.
The implementation was resolved as a comprehensive so-called “turn-key” solution. We carried out all work phases from planning to execution and commissioning. Our company operates the wastewater treatment technology under an environmental service contract.
